Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Service Drive Support/Valet to greet guests and assist service staff. The role includes performing walk-arounds, moving cars, and providing general service drive support.

The position requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. Training and growth opportunities are offered by a family-owned dealer group with a long history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service experience required.
• Computer and administrative experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, patience and a positive attitude is a must.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming guests and provide best-in-class customer service to customers and employees alike.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Moving cars in and out of the building.
• Perform vehicle walk arounds in the service drive.
• Vacuum, wash windows, and a variety of supporting tasks.
• Provide various support as it pertains to the store.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Service Drive Support/Valet. Located at Napleton's Toyota of Brookfield, the Service Drive Support Associateisresponsible for greeting and assisting customers, performing walk arounds, and assisting service advisors.
