Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Loaner Concierge at Napleton Downtown Porsche to manage the loaner fleet, prepare vehicles, and coordinate with service staff. You will ensure loaners are ready for guests, inspect incoming/outgoing vehicles, and maintain accurate status updates.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in automotive service or hospitality, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 1 year experience in automotive service industry or hospitality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Perform and provide accurate contracts for loaner agreements.
• Manage loaner fleet providing prepped clean vehicles ready for guests.
• Accurately inspect conditions of inbound and outbound vehicles with documentation.
• Provide up to date status of guests’ vehicles in service for repair.
• Prepare new vehicles to enter loaner fleet.
• Monitor soon to be retired loaner vehicles to be transferred to sales department.
• Create reports of outstanding loaner vehicles that are due.
• Keep up to date of maintenance of loaner vehicles.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextService Loaner Concierge.This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Located at Napleton Downtown Porsche, theService Loaner Conciergefunctions as a Loaner Inventory Specialist responsible for the daily process of tracking all loaners and ensuring they are ready for use. Ensures walk-arounds are done on a consistent basis to monitor the vehicle. Acts as Service Support to assist management with service needs which may include customer service-related projects.
