Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Three to five years of value analysis/clinical/hospital leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops enterprise service-line strategies to reduce supply expense and improve cost per case.
• Maintains working knowledge of procedure families, implants, supplies and pharmaceuticals.
• Identifies variation in supply expense and develops action plans to address high-value opportunities.
• Builds relationships with physicians and clinical leaders to standardize utilization and product selection.
• Uses clinical value analysis to review products, initiatives and technology requests with evidence and financial impact.
• Collaborates with RSCRDs and partner teams to align service-line initiatives with standards and enterprise goals.
• Defines clinical standards and adoption goals; supports implementation and sustained adoption.
• Provides clinical direction for communication and education related to product and standard changes.
• Collaborates with suppliers and internal partners to evaluate product solutions and education needs.
