HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Resource Director in California to establish and lead the supply expense agenda for clinical resource management across hospital facilities.

You will influence contract portfolios, drive product standardization, and partner with hospital leadership to execute cost containment initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in value analysis or hospital leadership, with travel up to 40%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Healthcare value analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute care hospital performance required.
• Master's degree highly preferred.
• 3–5 years value analysis/clinical/hospital leadership experience preferred.
• LPN/RN, CMRP, CVAHP, or similar credential preferred.
• Must be willing to travel 40%.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and leads facility or division-based strategies to reduce supply expense per adjusted admission.
• Identifies and improves supply expense margins in high-cost departments (surgical services, Cath lab, EP lab, special procedures).
• Identifies variances and develops action plans; participates in monthly operating reports and supply expense planning.
• Leads value analysis meetings at multiple levels (facility, division, service line, physician-led).
• Reviews products and technology for clinical value and cost; discusses contract compliance and reimbursement; supports standardization to reduce waste.
• Builds relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, value analysis teams, and supply chain leadership.
• Collaborates with facility leadership to implement continuous quality improvement and cost containment for supplies, technology, and labor.
