Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Healthcare value analysis or acute care hospital leadership experience required.
• Master’s degree highly preferred.
• LPN/RN or related credentials like CVAHP/CMRP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads facility or division strategies to reduce supply expense per adjusted admission.
• Targets high-cost departments like surgical services and cath labs for margin improvement.
• Monitors variances and collaborates with leadership to mitigate increases in supply costs.
• Facilitates value analysis meetings and aligns products with clinical evidence and budget needs.
• Builds relationships with hospital leaders, physicians, and supply chain to improve cost containment.
• Drives continuous quality improvements in supplies, technology, and labor practices.
