Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by upholding food safety and quality while keeping the restaurant line organized. You will guide the crew, resolve issues, and help with scheduling and training to develop future leaders.

The role involves on-your-feet work, supervising front-of-house operations, and supporting administrative tasks such as banking and paperwork. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line and equipment clean and organized; assist on busy tasks.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; help with training.
• Support crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with administrative duties like banking, cash handling, and office paperwork.
