Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will lead a well-trained crew, maintain a clean, organized service line, and support daily operational tasks across front-of-house functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Experience in a restaurant environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor line time and temperature and enforce Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing and glove changes.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders and assist with office administrative duties.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and in working order.
• Contribute to a smooth operation during busy periods and support other tasks as needed.
