Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Wytheville, VA is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. Qualifications

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served and timely.
• Assist with food safety practices and temperature monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents and support positive experiences.
• Support crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
