Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and cash handling policies.
• Know food safety and health department requirements.
• Familiar with basic office paperwork and documentation.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the local work language(s).
• Hold a high school diploma and have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive guest experience through safe, quality food preparation and service.
• Ensure the line and equipment are clean, organized, and functioning.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; monitor breaks and shift changes.
• Support crew performance reviews and assist with shift schedules.
• Assist with office duties, banking, and paper handling as needed.
