You will bring knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and office paperwork, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience. This role emphasizes leadership development and frontline training.

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Food safety and health department knowledge.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices and monitor time/temperature on the line.
• Resolve customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
• Maintain adequate quantity of supplies.
