Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a high standard of food safety and guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise a restaurant crew, ensure line readiness, and support daily operations.

The role emphasizes training, schedule management, and administrative duties such as banking and paperwork, while fostering a positive team atmosphere and superb guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules to run smoothly.
• Assist with office administration tasks including banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Support leadership development by coaching future Service Leaders.
