Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a safe, quality dining experience and to train the restaurant crew. The role includes maintaining a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment while on shift.

You will support food safety, help resolve incidents, monitor breaks and schedules, and cross-train front-of-house staff. Previous restaurant experience and a high school diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with proper hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in working order.
