You will manage line operations, train crew, monitor breaks and shifts, and uphold food safety standards while resolving issues and coaching staff. The role emphasizes developing future service leaders and maintaining an organized, well-staffed restaurant environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English.

Aufgaben

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, daily safety checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties: banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works; keep supplies stocked as needed.
• Maintain adequate quantities of supplies.
