Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role also focuses on keeping the restaurant line organized, training the crew, and supporting staff with daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant experience, a high school diploma, knowledge of cash handling policies, and familiarity with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety through hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks (banking, cash handling policies).
• Maintain office equipment and supplies; ensure adequate stock.
