Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Pittsburgh is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served while keeping the crew well trained and customers satisfied. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and supervise shifts, breaks, and line schedules; you’ll be on your feet for the shift, stepping in to help when needed.

You’ll bring knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and office tasks. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Understanding cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Restaurant experience and the ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food.

• Support crew development and perform crew performance reviews.
