Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork and documentation.
• Be able to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and help with additional tasks when not busy.
• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served and resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with office administration tasks.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
