Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate in the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with crew performance reviews and cross-training.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes and line schedules; support office administration duties as needed.
• Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment and paperwork.
