Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a great customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food preparation and serving. You will keep a clean, organized line with working equipment and train front-of-house crew, including performance reviews and future leaders.

Responsibilities include monitoring breaks and shifts, assisting with office duties, and maintaining proper supply levels.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge essential to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with handling office paperwork and administrative duties.
• Ability to speak, read, write the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and well organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration duties and equipment maintenance.
• Support management in daily operations and tasks as needed.
