The position emphasizes food safety, staff development, and efficient operations to support our guests and restaurant teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and properly functioning.
• Supervise crew, manage breaks and shift changes, and schedule line activity.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with building future Service Leaders.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and functioning.
