Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role also ensures the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean line, training crew, supporting food safety, and assisting with administrative tasks. Base pay is displayed and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and line temperature checks.
• Monitor the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies.
• Help resolve customer incidents for positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties like banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
