Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the crew is trained to provide excellent service. The role involves keeping a clean line, supervising line equipment, and stepping in to assist when not busy.

You will be responsible for food safety compliance, resolving customer incidents, managing crew schedules, and supporting crew development. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Experience in customer service and handling incidents professionally.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues to maintain standards.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks.
• Monitor and manage crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with office administration duties.
