Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, and temperature checks.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and inventory tasks.
