Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Duluth, MN is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by safeguarding food quality and safety while training the crew and maintaining a clean, efficient line. You will monitor shifts, assist with breaks, support food safety procedures, resolve customer incidents, and help develop front-of-house staff into future leaders in a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department regulations.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with training and performance reviews.
