Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold high standards of food safety and quality while delivering a great guest experience. You will oversee a fast-paced restaurant line, train crew members, and ensure smooth shifts and ongoing tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper hand washing, glove changes, and adherence to food safety policies, as well as supporting daily operations and crew performance.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and health department matters.
• Cash handling policies and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, and ability to follow related procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized and ensure equipment operates correctly.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules and assist teammates.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies are stocked.
