Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Aurora, OH seeks a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and capable of delivering excellent service.

You will oversee line operations, uphold food safety, train front-of-house staff, and support scheduling and office duties. This role offers opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks, and daily safety checklist compliance.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Help monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
