Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Able to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor time and temperature and follow daily food safety checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained.
