Responsibilities

• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes and timing checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, meetings and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with leadership development.
• Handle office tasks such as banking and paperwork.
