The role requires standing on the line, supervising operations, and assisting with office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and well organized with functioning equipment.
• Ensure crew are trained and provide good customer service.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties and supplies as needed.
