Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food prep and service. The role involves training the crew, maintaining a clean line, and supporting daily operations across the front of house.

Key responsibilities include resolving customer incidents, monitoring line schedules, developing future leaders, and assisting with office and cash handling duties.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices and glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf-life monitoring.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with cross-training.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with crew performance reviews.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties and banking responsibilities.
• Keep office equipment and supplies in good order.
