Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s policies and procedures and maintain food safety.
• Experience in cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Restaurant experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served and food safety policies are followed.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor line, breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules; ensure equipment works.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and ensure supplies, banking policies and paperwork are followed.
• Help develop future Service Leaders.
