Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Monroe, GA is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. The role keeps a clean, organized line, trains crew, and supports daily operations, including cash handling and office tasks as needed.

You will help resolve customer incidents, oversee breaks and shifts, and contribute to the development of future Service Leaders while maintaining adherence to food safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and health department guidelines.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to understand and follow company paperwork and office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and properly functioning; assist with line equipment as needed.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; coordinate with team for smooth operations.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with miscellaneous office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and ordering supplies.
