Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.
• Ability to read/write English and understand work location languages.
• Professional communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is great tasting and of high quality.
• Resolve food quality issues as they arise.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and banking/policies.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered.
• Maintain adequate quantities of supplies as needed.
