Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Reynoldsburg, OH to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive guest experience. You will keep the line organized, train front-of-house crew, and support daily operations to maintain excellent service standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring breaks and line schedules, assisting with crew performance reviews, and helping with office duties as needed. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
