Job summary

Meijer is seeking a team member to enhance the customer shopping experience across departments in our Anderson, IN stores. You will support daily operations, assist customers at checkout, and participate in training new teammates to uphold Meijer standards.

You will collaborate with leadership on scheduling, ensure product freshness and display, and promote a respectful, inclusive work environment while contributing to store profitability.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and engaging with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Creative thinking and ability to influence others.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist when handling products.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience and checkout experience.
• Communicate with team members and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach other team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
