Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide a great shopping experience and assist at checkout.
• Communicate with team and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach teammates to achieve sales and service goals.
• Assist with training new team members and cross-training high-potential staff.
• Support department scheduling to improve customer service and store performance.
• Ensure product freshness through rotation and dating policy adherence.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and product displays.
• Uphold food safety standards and operate safely within policies.
• Participate in periodic inventories and support department leaders as needed.
