Responsibilities

• Responsible for all faces of acquiring a used-car inventory through direct contacts, generated leads, off site auctions, dealers, internet inquiries from customers or any other available avenues.
• Appraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and ensure timely processing of all purchases.
• Responsible for understanding retail trends and participating in the inventory planning process.
• Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate, and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools.
• Requires working in a fast-paced team environment, being effective as a self-starter and working individually as needs dictate.
• Generate leads and create appointments by researching the available used car market.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Someone who is personable and great with people.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
