Job summary

Vara Chevrolet in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Service Business Development Coordinator to be the welcoming voice of our service department. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide timely status updates to customers.

The requirements include at least one year in customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Spanish speakers are preferred, and dealership experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• At least one prior role in customer service.
• Excellent communication, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.

• Valid driver’s license and a positive attitude.
• Spanish speaker preferred; dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments.
• Provide timely status updates to customers.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries across tools and email.
• Contact past and current customers about recalls and maintenance.
• Re-engage customers who declined services or parts.
• Create internal repair orders and manage loaner vehicles.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.
