Job summary

Michael's Subaru of Bellevue is seeking a Service Greeter/Porter to join our Service Department. This full-time, rotating schedule role is onsite in Bellevue, WA. You will move vehicles, assist with staging and retrieval, support service advisors, and help maintain a clean, welcoming service area.

Prior dealership or customer service experience is ideal, with strong communication and on-your-feet energy. We offer competitive pay starting at $19/hour plus benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dealership, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is ideal, but not required.
• Comfort operating several cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Working knowledge of computers and technology; comfortable navigating dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles safely around the lot and dealership property.
• Assist with vehicle staging, parking and retrieval; support service advisors and technicians.
• Maintain vehicle and customer flow; inspect vehicles for visible damage and document it.
• Keep the service drive, parking lots, and reception area clean and organized.
• Assist with shuttles, errands, and other departmental needs as assigned.
