Job summary

Royal Moore Mazda in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a friendly Service Greeter to welcome guests in the service department and set a positive tone for their visit. You will coordinate arrivals, direct guests to service advisors, and help maintain an organized reception area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Service Greeter, you'll help keep our service department running smoothly while ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome.

• Greet guests promptly and enthusiastically as they arrive at our service department.

• Direct guests to the appropriate service advisor and assist with the check-in process.

• Help coordinate guest arrivals and appointments to maintain an organized and efficient service drive.

• Answer general questions and assist guests with their service needs.

• Communicate with service advisors and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area.

• Assist with guest concerns and direct questions to the appropriate team member.

• Help create a positive, comfortable environment that makes guests want to return.
