Job summary

El Pollo Loco is seeking a Service Team Member to greet guests, assemble craveable orders, and help prep fire-grilled favorites. You are the spark behind the scenes, delivering a memorable guest experience with a smile and energy.

You’ll work collaboratively with the restaurant team, process orders accurately, and contribute to a clean, welcoming dining environment while promoting our brand and values.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards.
• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures. May include, but not limited to, the preparation/assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and condiment packing.
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
