El Pollo Loco in San Fernando, CA is seeking a Service Team Member to bring flavor to life by greeting guests, assembling orders, and helping prep fire-grilled favorites. You’ll be the spark behind memorable experiences and will grow with the company.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the team, maintaining cleanliness, handling orders and payments, and using suggestive selling to boost sales. Prior customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards.
• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures. May include, but not limited to, the preparation/assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and condiment packing.
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
