Job description

Position Overview

Responsible for driving sales activities within an assigned geographical area by managing a sales team, performing sales forecasts, and ensuring sales revenue and profit growth.

Essential Functions
  1. Formulate and implement sales growth strategies for the division, aiming to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring new markets and promoting the company's services to expand the client base.
  3. Conduct independent research into target consumer bases.
  4. Identify opportunities to expand the client base.
  5. Provide leadership in employee selection, onboarding, training, development, coaching, and performance management.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience.
  • Broad knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent phone and vendor relations skills.
  • Experience managing a sales team.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Compensation

The annual base salary ranges from $114,180 to $216,930.

Additional Information

Other job requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 10 lbs., and the ability to access and interpret client information, communicate effectively, and work flexible hours including overtime. Travel may be required up to 10%.
