About The Role

As an East Coast Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will leverage your industry knowledge and consultative approach to tailor solutions for our clients, supporting them in achieving their product goals.
How Will You Contribute
- Drive business development efforts and grow our customer base within the beauty and personal care sector.
- Identify and target potential brand partners, from emerging indie labels to established global companies.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, project management, production) to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Maintain an active pipeline and forecast monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and act as the key point of contact for accounts
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the personal care, beauty, or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of personal care product manufacturing processes, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

This position is currently classified as Remote with some travel.
Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $153,000 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
