What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee strategy, creation, implementation, and maintenance of program documentation and policies
- Lead a team of Sales Operations Specialists to enhance departmental performance

- Manage communication of timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies for the Sales Support Organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- 5+ years of experience in management, operations, project management, leadership, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Health care experience, particularly with Medicare and/or Marketplace, is preferred
- Ability to work under limited supervision and make independent decisions
