Job summary
Volkswagen of Cool Springs is looking for motivated individuals to start as a Service Express Technician and grow into a full Volkswagen technician. You’ll learn the fundamentals, get mentorship, and move along a clear development path from Apprentice to Master Technician.
The role emphasizes hands-on training, strict safety standards, and a culture of growth and accountability within a high-volume service department in Middle Tennessee.
Qualifications
- Motivated, coachable, and serious about becoming a VW technician.
- Experience in automotive service is a plus.
- Willingness to learn VW processes, tools and diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Master fundamentals of professional VW service while supporting shop workflow.
- Perform multipoint inspections with video and record tire tread measurements.
- Complete oil and filter services efficiently and correctly.
- Support advisors by communicating additional needs clearly.
- Identify safety or maintenance concerns for customers.
- Learn VW processes, tools, and diagnostics from mentors.
- Follow strict dealership and manufacturer safety and quality standards.
