Purdy Volkswagen is seeking an Express Technician to support the service department with routine maintenance and light repairs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will help ensure timely service completion while upholding quality workmanship and customer care standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with service advisors and technicians, adherence to safety procedures, and a professional, positive attitude. Valid license and prior automotive experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive maintenance, technical training, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery testing, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections.
• Complete assigned services accurately and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs and communicate findings appropriately.
• Assist with basic repair and maintenance services as assigned by dealership leadership.
• Conduct quality checks to help ensure services are completed properly and safely.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency standards; document completed work on repair orders.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
• Handle customer and dealership vehicles throughout the service process.
