Job summary

Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen in Nashville, TN is launching a Technician Development Program for aspiring automotive technicians. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with day-one PTO accrual.

You will join a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility and gain hands-on experience under experienced mentors. The program offers VW factory training, tuition reimbursement, and structured growth across Hudson Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
• Previous technician experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performing oil changes and routine maintenance services.
• Conducting multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Replacing air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades.
• Checking and replenishing fluids; inspecting tires and maintaining tire pressure.
• Identifying and reporting vehicle safety concerns and learning repair standards.
