Hall Imports in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Service Express Advisor to join our service team. You’ll be the friendly face customers see in our express lane and the key link between guests and technicians.

No automotive experience is required — we provide paid training. You’ll help ensure customers leave with a positive experience and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus.

Hall Imports is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Express Advisor to join our service team. If you’re looking to break into the fast-paced automotive industry and build a long-term career, this is a great opportunity to get started.

No automotive experience? No problem! We provide paid training and hands-on support to help you succeed. We’re looking for someone with great energy, strong people skills, and a drive to learn and grow.

As a Service Express Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face customers see when they arrive and the key communicator between customers and technicians in our express lane. You’ll help ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience.

Schedule

• Monday – Wednesday & Friday's : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a professional and welcoming attitude
• Serve as the communication link between customers and technicians
• Clearly explain recommended services and maintenance needs
