Lakeside Toyota is looking for an Assistant Service Manager support role to help keep our service operations running smoothly. You will ensure customers feel heard, informed, and cared for while keeping the service team organized and efficient.

You will assist with greeting customers, organizing repair orders, updating status, and processing payments. This role emphasizes proactive service and a friendly, professional demeanor within a busy automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service team member.
• Help prepare and organize repair orders and service tickets for the ASM.
• Update customers on vehicle status, parts needs, or additional service recommendations.
• Check out customers for final billing and process payments (credit card or cash).
• Assist in scheduling appointments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area.
