Job summary

Holman Enterprises’ Mercedes-Benz Raleigh is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the liaison between service technicians and parts, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate estimates. You will greet customers, write up service needs, communicate prognosis, schedule appointments, and participate in training.

Excellent interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and one year of related sales experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Good reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.
• Computer proficient.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Determine the course of action and obtain customer authorization.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimate for cost and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfactory repairs and upsell as needed.
• Be familiar with warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep customers informed and advise on prognosis of vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones promptly.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
